Rough White Aster

Symphyotrichum falcatum

Description:

Bushy plant with lots of small white flowers. The aster family seems to have been reorganized lately, so I'm not sure I've got the scientific name right. Seems to bloom in late summer/early fall.

Habitat:

Found in a big field.
