Juvenile seahorse, around 6 cm. They can be very well camouflage with algae on their body to blends into their environment. Also, they are 'shy' and tends to look away from the camera.

Yes, I know as an individual, you can't create a Global or even a Regional Mission. You can try to contact one of the Rangers to help you set it up :p
By the design it is not but by the subject it is ;) I can't have a global mission as a person :)
