Tiger Bee Fly

Xenox Tigrinus

Description:

Often mistaken for a bee, this large fly got it's name from its markings that resemble a tiger.

Notes:

This specimen sadly has passed away, but I found a smaller Bee Fly in its place a few weeks later.
