Romalea microptera.
The name Romalea microptera was in 2008 granted the status of nomen protectum by the commision on zoological nomenclature--this would gives it official status as the valid name. The names Guttatus and rReticulatus have been given the status of nomen oblitum, which makes them officially unavailable for use.

@bayucca: on the wiki link it says that "It was previously known as Romalea microptera". Now I am confused over which name is the current.

This one is now called Romalea microptera, but it is the same hopper, just the name is new.
