Description:

Heteroptera with similar aspect to stick insects. It has a long and narrow body with long legs and antennae. The length of the body is 14-16 mm. El primer elemento sensor es tan largo como o más largo que la cabeza. The pronotus present a pale central keel. The body has a pale brown colour. It is a phytophagous insect sucking leaves, stems and seed from the host plants. It winters as eggs. C. schillingi is superbly camouflaged as it walks slowly amongst grasses.
