Open, rounded shrub, 1-3 ft tall with pinnately compound leaves 1/4 - 1" long, with 9 - 17 leaflets, and each leaflet about 1/8" long. Flowers are 3/8 - 1/2" long in compressed terminal spikes.
Habitat yard with plants chosen to attract wildlife.
