I found this insect in a deciduous forest of Manpur near Indore in the month of august on newly emerged leaves of Terminalia arjuna i.e. Arjun tree .

Tessaratomidae, might be Tessaratoma sp., I only know Javana and Papillosa. Yours might still be nymphs.
Looks like a beautiful Shield bug!
