Hi Cheryl. I will now move your spotting to the correct category (Other) and adjust your common name to 'Sea Urchin' but you will need to correct the location. I am assuming it wasn't actually at Hemlock Circle Pass - unless someone just put it there. It's in pretty good shape because these creatures lose their spines easily when out of water. Please fix the location. Thanks.
