Very common relatively large (about 5cm ini length, 3,5cm for the body length) cicada of loud song, grey-brown with blackish ornaments.
Another spotting from one of our male carob trees, a main spot in our garden as the grove of 7 carobs provides great shade. Located at outskirts of Dubrovnik, on lower slopes of Srdj mountain, the garden is terraced and covered in Mediterranean fruit trees and spontaneous vegetation. In spring, these terraces are overgrown in beautiful dense carpet of spontaneous Mediterranean herbs and melliferous flowers.
