Spotting

Description:

The flowers in the picture are potentially sunflowers. They have bright yellow petals, a dark center, and a long thing stem. The bunches in the picture grow with a few to each bunch, with leaves all along the stem.

Habitat:

I spotted these flowers in Washington Square Park. The ground surrounding the bunches was dry dirt.

These flowers are one of my favorite flowers :)
