Buprestidae, Agrilinae, looks like being a Diphucrania sp. or as a synonym Cisseis sp. Please, check the genus yourself, I did not find a good match. The 8-spotted circle is quite typical and you might also focus on bluish body color and the 4 spots on top and the 2 spots at the bottom of the elytra.
