Not sure, it does look quite similar, but it is certainly beautiful! Mantis religiosa (European Mantis) looks different from this as well.

Not a Sphodromantis, they are found in Africa. Definitely Hierodula sp, but exact species is hard to determine. The entire genus is a mess with many synonyms.
