This is a small unidentified damselfly species, that I don't think I've seen (at this location) before.
These damselflies observed resting on a pineapple plant in a large semi-urban yard & garden adjacent to a disturbed remnant patch of forest. This is in the equatorial tropics of northern New Guinea.
