Mr. Geiser, Euryptera genus seems to be a perfect match for this beetle. I found this link of Cerambycidae of Argentina and Euryptera latipennis virgata (# 7840) looks likely to mine. Thanks again for your help.

It's not a net-winged beetle, but a longhorn trying to mimic one (Batesian mimicry). The genus of this one is probably somewhere near Lycochoriolaus and Euryptera, but I'm not an expert on this group.

I saw similar in S Africa, not long ago. I'll have the post up in some 50 or so spottings.
