Description:

The Eurasian hoopoe (Upupa epops) is the most widespread species of the genus Upupa, native to Europe, Asia and the northern half of Africa. Unmistakable orange bird with a zebra-striped wings.

Habitat:

Favors semitone habitats such as heathland, farmland, orchards, grassy lawns, where it feeds on the ground, probing with its long bill for insects
