Frog with eggs

Description:

This tiny frog has laid eggs on the leaf. Eggs are in a gelatinous material that keeps it from drying out. There is water below, into which (presumably) the tadpole will drop once it emerges.

Habitat:

Captive. Tropical World at Leeds.

Notes:

I had only read about these frogs that lay eggs in trees above rivers!!!
