Description:

About 16-17 cm long bird. Brown/grey on the back, and light grey/beige on the front. Black beak, black eye and a black streak from the beak to the eye.

Notes:

This bird has built a nest in the palm tree just outside our house in Antipolo, Philippines. Last picture shows the nest location in the palm tree. 3 small hatchlings. The first day they were blind, but on the 2nd or 3rd day they opened their eyes.
