Habitat:

Semitropicla Pacific coast.

Here is a similar Leaf footed bug - at least with head shape, 3 dots, stripes, antennae and leg shape/pattern. The difference is the ridge on the thorax of yours is pointy and this one is smooth. I think it will help you at least narrow the search to the Catorhintha sp. http://bugguide.net/node/view/241086
Sorry I could not find a good source to search for Mexico range to be more specific.
