Darkling Beetle

Tenebrionidae Eleodes

Description:

About 11/16th of an inch, dark almost flat black

Notes:

I found this beetle crawling across our blast bay floor. I don't know why it was their but one could guess the walnut shells we use in blasting has attracted it or the recent rains made it seek shelter.
