Nannothemis bella
Our smallest dragonfly. The female is a wasp mimic with a black abdomen with yellow-white stripes on it. Immature males are solid dark blue and eventually become a lighter pruinose blue. These are very tiny dragonflies, note that is common, mowed turf grass in the photos.
Vegetated edges of ponds with sphagnum moss.
