Pertusaria multipunctoides
Also known as Pore lichen. Pertusaria multipunctoides is a crustose lichen with a thin yellowish green thallus and distinctive white warts.
Spotted on bark of a large alder tree. I usually find this lichen near large bodies of water - in this case it was found next to Lake Crescent.
