Hi Andrea! I would agree with ForestDragon. The juvenile has a bold head pattern as here. The tail striping is also characteristic. Beautiful spotting!

This might be a juvenile Coluber viridiflavus, Western Whip Snake. They are very common in Italy. There are a couple of other similar species so you might need to do a little more research.
