Northern Black Racer

Description:

This is a harmless Black snake that is usually 36 – 60 in. (90 – 152 cm) in length. It has large smooth scales. The head is narrow but still wider than the neck, slightly distinct from the body. They eyes are large with rounded pupils. It is also kind of shiny.

Habitat:

It likes Meadows, old fields, farmland, open wooded areas, Rocks too. It can also be found on tree longs under them and on top.
