Long tail makes it an accipiter, thin breast streaking, rounded tail, and square head suggest Cooper's over Sharp-shinned.

hmm...this one is hard to tell. It's a dark photo and far away. It's possible it could be a red-tailed hawk or a red shouldered hawk. I don't see the stereo-typical "belly band" of the red-tailed hawk, but it doesn't mean it isn't one. Sorry I can't be more help! Nice bird sightings!
