Mating snout beetles. I did not find exact ID'd species with same markings, the nearest I saw was of this classification: Snout and Bark Beetles (Family Curculionidae) » Subfamily Lixinae » Tribe Lixini » Genus Lixus. http://bugguide.net/node/view/6868.
Spotted them in the backyard, on a Cleome rutidosperma plant (Fringed Spider Flower). In Biñan Laguna, Philippines.
