Most all American tree frogs have the distinctive white stripe running from the upper lip to the groin. But their skin color can vary depending on temperature and lighting. This was in the full sun in late morning. Photo # 4 shows one I had seen only a few minutes earlier on the shaded side of the pedestrian overpass; it is the typical lime color seen in this tree frog.

From my reading the color differences are based on enviromental conditions. Here is the same species that is sort of brown, sort of green: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/628...
Thank you both. Chief, both frogs are young based on their equal size. I believe the major way to sex these frogs is by their throats (which we can't see here). The male has a wrinkled throat that is his vocal sac.
