Sisymbrium officinale
Tall wildflower with a woody stem. Upper leaves seem lanceolate, lower leaves are deeply lobed and resemble wild lettuce. Clusters of tiny yellow flowers with four petals each are formed at the top of the plant and at the base of the upper leaves. Native to Europe and North Africa and widespread around North America.
