The Medina River was full of life Sunday. Butterflies of all kinds were flocking to it by the hundreds if not more. The American Kestrel were on the hunt. Damselflies were mating in large masses while the fish were waiting down stream to feed on damselflies. A Kingfisher was on the hunt for the butterflies and damselflies as well. My pictures were mostly lousy but I kept them anyway. I missed a nice looking Diamond Back Water snake and the Red Eared Snapping Turtles didn't come out at all. But this pic I captured and couldn't let go of it.
