Kunzah,I uploaded the ventral side. Pic number two shows the prominent yellow markings on the ventral side. the head seemed black in color? The dorsal side was very light.
Hmm, sorry for the late response, but I'm really not sure if it's the Banded garden spider. It might be, but the picture quality is my limiting factor. I think that A. trifasciata looks a little bit more like this one.

Kunzah and J,this was confirmed by Bug Guide as Argiope Trifasciata.

Thanks for all your help .
Thanks J. for the feedback!!
I'm also sorry for the late response. I think A. trifasciata would be a good match, but I'd submit to bugguide for expert analysis.

Perhaps. I'll take a look, although I'm no spider expert. :)
Thanks for your feed back Kunzah. The spider was in a difficult position for me to get its dorsal view. I do have a ventral view ,would that help?

Thanks!!
This spider was lighter in appearance than it looks in the pic,Kunzah.
It's possible, but to me, A. trifasciata looks a little bit lighter in coloration and patterns than your spotting...
Kunzah ,J, could it be "Argiope trifasciata"?
Definitely agree with J.
Looks like Argiope genus.
