Spotting

Description:

Very small white moth with greyish black dots, wave-like outer lines or dark spots, a characteristic sort of dotted line going along the border of its wings and a fringy rim.

Habitat:

Danubian meadow, warm temperate climate on an abandoned railway

Notes:

Unfortunately, I do not know what this is and I didn't find any information about it.
