Description:

This one is likely a male due to size and ability to fly. Large green and brown mantis. Eyes appear black at night. Triangular shaped head with lateral stripes between the eyes. This species has been introduced to North America and is larger than most native species here.

Habitat:

Suburban. Attracted to a porch light at night.
