Myrmeleontidae; Myrmeleontinae; Myrmeleontini; Myrmeleon sp. This Antlion is difficult to identify because there are so many species and my specimen is also hard to describe as the wings are closed and most of the creature is covered. Best just to look at the pictures - better than a poor verbal description.
Spotted in our front yard climbing on some plants.
