I stumbled upon cannabis plant (or is it really?) today afternoon while strolling with my camera after lunch near a shrine. I'm not really sure if we can share such plants on Project Noah. If it is not allowed or illegal then please feel free to delete the spotting.

If it is growing wild or by a shrine for a maybe a religious reason then I don't see how it could not be allowed but I am not the one to ask.
