Description:

I am assuming this is some sort of gall. Again not sure about the host tree ID, but it's the same as the one where these caterpillars (https://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/65...) were spotted. Reddish and inconsistently shaped about 1.5 cm on the underside of a leaf. Top part of the leaf appeared burned/blackened
