Eupeodes Volucris
A female Hoverfly (E. volucris) having lunch. The females have spacing between their eyes, while the male eyes almost touch.
Seen around bushy, flowering plants, such as Datura Inoxia.
Seen dropping on and off a variety of flowers, the Hoverfly is an important resource for many plant species as a tried and true pollinator.
