Cream funnel shaped flowers with a pinkish centre. Narrow leaves .. spreading habit
Uncultivated ground
Looks similar to Xenostegia tridentata but flower is larger and the centre much paler to some that I have seen in the area

It probably is X.tridentata. I found one with center that is almost the same color dept as yours. https://www.flickr.com/photos/adaduitokl...
