I don't have closer photo..saw in a residential complex..all I could take was a few distant shots :)

Seema, it would help if you added a closer photo. It does look like Delaria odorata from your far photo. It can either have petals or no petals but it is the same species (not sure what flower characteristics you were checking).

Thank u for the suggestion, but the suggestion does nt match with the characteristics of this flower
