Description:

About 1 inch in length, red body with some yellow. The antennae are gradient from red to a yellow-orange with a dark band near the end of each, with black eyespots, and the pincers are thin.

Notes:

This insect was moving very slowly and cleaned herself.

That "tail/stinger", as you likely are aware, is an ovipositor.
