Description:

Eyed Elater (AKA: Eastern-Eyed Click Beetle, Big-Eyed Elater or Eyed Click Beetle) spotted climbing on a large oak tree. when I approached it it jumped off the tree onto the ground about 2 meters away, then slowly made its way back up.
