Water Monitor

Description:

Black-Green colored, about 5 ft long, I have many passing my yard weekly and seen them 6 feet long and very agressive if too close, some say the saliva is poison but I handled hundred of Baby Monitors and not been poisoned yet,

Habitat:

wetlands, jungle areas and Mangroves.

Notes:

some say the saliva is poison but I handled hundreds of Baby Monitors and not been poisoned yet, I have a pond on my property and they lay eggs on its banks.
