Clements Checklist of Birds of the World v6.7 does not separate P.m. minor from Parus major.

But it does look more like the Oriental because the other one is larger.

Hi Jellis, the whole Korean peninsula is covered in blue so i think it's P. Minor

that map says Parus Minor is in Northern Korea and isn't the spotting in Southern Korea? That would be Parus Cinereus if it is.

Hi, That is odd it looks like a Black capped Chickadee and I don't see any listed in South Korea. Closest I come to is the Willow Tit but that is not close to what you have.
