Hi Luis, beautiful picture, this is a scarab and not a Chrysomelid Leaf Beetle. Some of the scarabs are on flowers all the time and this is one of them. I put up a different species from this one (http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/158...) a while back. I bet they are in the same genus.
