Japanese Red Pine

Description:

The Japanese Red Pine tree grows to be 20 to 35 m. The leaves are needle-like and grow from 8 to 12 cm long. The cones can grow to about 4 to 7 cm long.

Habitat:

The Japanese Red Pine can be found in Japan, Korea, and northeastern China. The Japanese Red Pine prefers a lot of sunlight and a well-drained, slightly acidic soil.
