Unknown larva

Description:

This was about 1 mm in size and I thought it was a thrip until I saw the picture enlarged. It was on the stem of a plant and unfortunately I didn't get it's tail end.

Habitat:

Overgrown area at the end of a road, semi-urban area on the outskirts of the city, 2,200 meters.
