I agree that it is a Bushchat, but I think the pale "eyebrow" (called a supercilium) suggests Grey Bushchat, Saxicola ferreus. They are more common in the Himilayas. http://orientalbirdimages.org/search.php...
Satyen do not make hurry... if it is really Jerdon's Bushchat Female then it is important spotting for us and Project Noah... this bird is not sufficiently recorded in western Himalayan ranges...(lower ranges)

I think you have nailed it Ashish.
My guess is a kind of Slaty Flycatcher... and in Himalayan ranges they are find in lot different species...
Certainly not a tailorbird.
