Description:

Gray with lighter head and black tail.

Habitat:

These kites were nesting in an urban area not too far from a riparian corridor. The kites have been extending there range up the Arkansas River from the east to the Pueblo area and now up the Fountain Creek corridor to the southern edge of Colorado Springs.
