James, I've spotted similar ones at very high altitudes: one at 12,000ft, at Leh in Ladakh, Jammu & Kashmir, and another at 17,1000ft, on the bank of Gurudongmar Lake in North Sikkim. Both in India. My guess therefore, is
Pale Clouded Yellow: Colias erate.
