There is a problem with the location. The latitude and longitude are correct. However, the description automatically provided (by Google?) is "Dumaguete, Siquijor, Philippines". The sighting was near Duamguate. Howver, this city is in the province of Negros Oriental, on the island of Negros. Not on the island of Siquihor.
