Description:

About the size of a large crow. Has a primarily black body with white markings at the back. Its head has an orange beak and yellow stripes below its eyes. It has large legs which are yellow. It makes a loud call which can be heard quite commonly.

Habitat:

The bird was found with another of its species, most likely its mate, in a forest. It flew around and climbed amongst the high branches of trees. Found in Penang, Malaysia on Bukit Cendana.
