Could it be this, it looks similar. Horn-eyed Ghost Crab Ocypode ceratophthalmus
Coastal beach
Date is approximate - it was taken between 6th and 10th July 1965, probably 6th or 7th. Location is also approximate, my notes say Gan beach and the adjacent photograph shows a beach on the inside of Addu Atoll, probably looking east.
